This agreement is entered into between the booking agent, RoomReport.com herein after referred to as the Agent, and You (the Client).
It is hereby understood and agreed between the Agent and Client that:

a) |
Agent is in the business of providing its clients with specific services which are by their very nature unique and exclusive, and |

b) |
In securing these services full payment are of the essence. |
| |

| 2. |
|
In keeping with the above provisions, it is hereby agreed on between the parties that: |
| |
a) |
Clients shall not be entitled to monies that have been paid to any vendor to include but not limited to hotel deposits etc. |
| |
b) |
Outside of 60 days a non-refundable deposit will be paid to The Trusted Traveler and held as a retainer for future services. Inside 60 days full payment is expected. |
| |
c) |
In the event full payment is not received by said date, any amounts already paid will be deemed non-refundable and properly earned by RoomReport.com for all work performed. |
| |
d) |
As the nature of the services are exclusive, no refund of any money paid to Agent will be refunded if the client wishes to cancel unless agreed to in writing by the Agent. |
| |
e) |
All prices are in US Dollars and refunds, if any, shall be in U.S. Dollars. |
| |

|
| 3. |
|
Agreements |
| |
a) |
All advertised services are subject to availability and may change without notice to the Client. |
| |
b) |
Client agrees that Agent is not responsible for changes of third party vendors including but not limited to: airlines hotels, limousines rental car agencies and any other third party vendor. |
| |
c) |
The client agrees that RoomReport.com cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen incident to including but not limited to over-bookings, weather, schedule changes or any other acts of god or incidences beyond our immediate control. |

d) |
The Agent shall not be held liable to the Client for failure to provide the services ordered if such failure is due to the actions and circumstances beyond the control of the Agent. |

e) |
Client acknowledges that the Agent will not be held responsible for either negligence, strict liability, tort, product liability, intentional torts or under any other theory of liability for any death, loss of funds, thefts, damage to property, personal injury or any other loss suffered by the Client. However, in the event client does sue the Agent or any of the employees for any loss whatsoever, the Agent and Client agree personal jurisdiction and subject matter may only lay with the federal and stated courts located in Ramsey County Minnesota, USA. Agent and Client agree that the laws of the State Of Minnesota shall govern, regardless of Minnesota's choice of law doctrine. |

f) |
Agent's liability under this agreement shall not exceed in the aggregate the amount of monies paid to Agent by Client. |

| 4. |
|
In the event either party decides to sue or file any claim then the prevailing party is entitled legal fees and costs. |
| |
|
|
| 5. |
|
Purchase of any service constitutes agreement to the above terms. |
| |
|
|
| 6. |
|
Hotel and Room Reviews are subjective and are not necessarily the opinions of RoomReport.com executives and employees. |

|
| 7. |
|
Pictures, photos and videos and all domain input by members and guests become the exclusive property of RoomReport.com and The Trusted Traveler, LLC. |
